About Mark

I grew up on a lake outside of Milwaukee, and thats where my love of fishing and hunting began. I have been an avid outdoorsman since I was a young child, and it has been a significant part of my life ever since. 

I have spent many days out on the water, and have very fond memories out hunting and fishing with my father. I am so thankful I am able to share my passion with not only my two sons, but many Boy Scouts and Venture Scouts as well. Seeing the smiles on the faces of new anglers when they get their first fish is always a memorable moment. 

Tying for me started as a hobby during my time off of work after my first ankle surgery in 2007.

I now use it as a relaxation time after my full time job as a Tool and Die Machinist.

I will find myself in my "Man-Cave" for hours after a long day at work, just enjoying

coming up with new designs and color patterns.
